Processing time

We try our best to process your order as soon as possible. Processing time may vary from 1 to 7 days depending on the items, the demand and our ability to go to the post-office. For Express shipping, please send us a request, we will gladly make a quote of price and timing.

  • Custom-made moccasins, 3-7 days after receiving your payment & measurements. A document explaining how to take your measurements is sent after receiving your order.  You may also find it here: Measurements required
  • For Starter Kits and Tools, 1 to 3 days. It would normally not exceed the fourth day after your purchase. 
  • For half-bull skins and bigger leather quantities, 1 to 3 days if in stock or 3-4 weeks if ordered from the tannery. Choice of color and stock may vary and not be reflected accurately on our shop, please send us a request. 

Shipping time

Shipping from France to the USA usually takes about 7 to 15 days.
Shipping from France to Australia and New Zealand would take up to 3 weeks.
It usually takes 3 to 10 days within the EU and UK.
World-Wide express shipping: 2 to 7 business days.

Once shipped, Earthing Moccasins is not liable for any packages lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Please make sure you enter your information correctly.

Postage is non-refundable.

Customs and import taxes

For deliveries abroad, customs fees, and taxes of all kinds may be requested, which do not appear in the total price. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Exemption of VAT within Europe and DOM-TOM (article 293 B of the General Tax Code (CGI)

We are exempt from VAT for deliveries of goods to Europe and overseas departments (Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte or Reunion, Saint-Pierre, and Miquelon). Indeed, according to the VAT rules, the DOM is considered an export territory. The invoice must then mention the legal provisions that justify the absence of taxation: "Exemption from VAT in the application of article 293 and 294 of the General Tax Code". 

Do not hesitate to ask us for an invoice without VAT.

Refund and returns

Non-refundable items because of their nature

  • Downloadable items like patterns and PDF tutorials
  • Your course access on Vimeo
  • Custom-made moccasins 

As our tutorials are directly downloadable after your purchase, we can not refund you. 

Please, understand that we can not accept refund for moccasins either because we custom-make them precisely to your size, according to your unique shape and size of feet, so, we can not sell them to someone else... 

If your moccasins are too small even after using our tips to stretch them, we will accept returns, to make you another pair. First, you would have to double-check your measurements using the PDF document we have sent you. 

Once your pair of shoes is received and inspected, we will email you to notify that we have received your returned moccasins.

If after checking the accordance of the shoe size with the measurements you provided for the fitting, we understand that your measurements were wrong, please understand that we cannot make up for your mistake. In other words, you would have to purchase another pair with providing us with the right measurements or cancel your order without receiving any refund. 

Of course, if we are responsible and that the moccasins don't fit because of our mistake, then we will make you another pair free of charge.

Exchanges and refunds are only accepted for leather and tool kits within 14 days after receiving your package. Please email us as soon as possible to organize the return. Returns fees will not be refunded. 

Shipping returns

As mentioned above, we would accept to make you another pair of moccasins if the one you got is too small, even after using our tips to stretch them.  

Before returning your product, you should email us. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, like a pair of boots, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
